The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) announced that the Udyam Sakhi Portal has registered 4,535 women entrepreneurs, reaffirming its role as a vital digital platform to support women-led businesses in India. The Udyam Sakhi Portal (https://udyamsakhi.com/) is designed to empower women entrepreneurs by providing access to financial schemes, policies, and programs under the Ministry of MSME. It enables aspiring and existing businesswomen to build, scale, and sustain their enterprises while promoting self-reliance. The portal offers detailed information about flagship MSME financial schemes such as the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP), Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE), MUDRA loans, and Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS).
